1. Difference between vibration isolation and vibration absorber.
2. why a sheet of paper when in horizontal bends but in vertical position doesn't bend.

PK Joshi sir was very calm throughout the interview and was watching my answers keenly.
Well the interview went good overall and ends with a lighter note.

I feel this rank i got is due to interview & Pre only(not as such serious about mains coz not getting enough time during the job).

i have given lot of wrong answers during the interview but maintain the confidence (learnt from my last yr interview experience)
